What Kind of a Reader are YOU?
By Luke Piscitelli 8/30/2014As seen in the lesson you read certain things like,
"A good reader internalizes what their reading"That to me means that your understanding the concept of something visually taking it in scanning and getting a good mental picture of what their reading I love that because that's what makes reading exciting and helps you to paint that picture with the words that makes them just jump off the page.
At the beginning of the school year everyone is just wanting it to end sooner then it started well that can't happen so for the majority of this coarse you will see me reading a very interesting book of my choice and answering questions of what I have read in the fascinating tales of Sherlock Holmes of A Scandal in Bohemia.
Reading the beginning, Watson has became a little bit more established then Holmes who is still living the bachelor lifestyle and while Watson is happily married Holmes tries to act as if he is more privileged then Watson even though being a detective he is an addict and has put on weight Watson is slowly looking to be of more character.
They catch up with each other and start going into conversation of the king of Bohemia of how the kings is freaking out of some inappropriate letters that were written to a old lover and he doesn't want word getting out that these two were involved and the king is hiring people to try and bugler her house to retrieve these letters before word gets out.
And thats as far as I have gotten..... Or have I? Honestly in Literature terms they call this a cliff hanger I might have just stopped to leave you at a climax intentionally or maybe I didn't (Yes I did)
This was very interesting to read you see the friendship between Watson and Holmes it is battered to a degree just because Holmes doesn't agree that Watson got married but Watson isn't apologizing for it at all
and you see the two work through their differences to rekindle the partnership to find out whats going on with the King of Bohemia.
I wonder where this will go?
